Program Information:

  • WHAT WOULD I DO IN THIS PATHWAY?

    • In the agriculture pathway, there is a lot to offer. Agribusiness, Ag Systems, Animal Science, Plant Science, Soil Science, Ag Mechanics, Mechanical Systems, and Mechanical principles.

  • WHAT CAN I DO AFTER I GRADUATE?

    •  Students can experience more about agriculture outside of the classroom through joining our FFA program. With further training and involvement in FFA, students can learn more about leadership, meet new people, and really understand and grasp the scope of Agriculture and what all the FFA program has to offer. I work closely with our high school Ag instructor, Daniel Foster, to ensure that students have a chance to network with high school students to learn more as well..

  • WHAT CAN I DO WITH FURTHER TRAINING?

    • Ohio agriculture ranks in the top ten nationally in over 20 commodities and facilities. Agriculture is Ohio's biggest industry, which means jobs and careers are abundant now more than ever. Take advantage of the opportunity to be a part of feeding Ohio!

  • DID YOU KNOW?

    • Did you know that agriculture and related industries provide 11 percent of U.S. employment? Whether you believe it or not, agriculture can be related to the majority of jobs in Brown county as well as neighboring counties.
