Organ day in culinary deveining a beef liver
After completing their first billboard project for food truck companies, Visual Design 1 class brought in food truck snacks to share as they did a Q & A review on Photoshop skills. Mrs. Cunningham ordered mini banana splits from the SHCTC Culinary Lab as some students HAVE NEVER TASTED A BANANA SPLIT! (Maybe they just told her that to get some ice cream?) Visual Design students are learning that their design skills are connected to everyone's business!

Ripley, Georgetown, Whiteoak and Eastern JUNIORS will report to their homeschool tomorrow, March 9th for ACT Testing. Western Brown Juniors will test at SHCTC, and report to school as usual. Thank you #LoveSHCTC
