The TestOut PC Pro validates practical skills for IT support professionals, focusing on hands-on abilities rather than just theoretical knowledge. It assesses skills related to installing, repairing, configuring, securing, and managing computer hardware, operating systems, and software, as well as networking, mobile devices, and help ticketing systems. #oveshctc
