Southern Hills CTC is excited to congratulate Morgan Roseberry on earning her diploma. Morgan completed the Phlebotomy class at the Post-Secondary Campus, and passed the certification exam to become a Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT), enabling her to receive her diploma.
