To kick off Fire Prevention Week, firefighters Jim Leonard, Dusty Leonard, Ryan Regenstein, and Tyler Farrow from Ripley Fire Department visited our Pre-K class. The Pre-K students learned about fire safety, fire equipment, explored the fire truck, and got their very own fire hat! Thank you to the firefighters and Ripley Fire Department for visiting and teaching the Pre-K class about fire safety!

Seniors just finished being certified in SERVSAFE PERSON IN CHARGE

SHCTC recently inducted 3 new members to the Vernon Creighton Wall of Fame. Connie Jo Fetters Sullivan, a 1987 graduate from the Administrative Assistant Program, Mariah Hazelbaker a 2015 graduate from the Culinary Arts Program, and Megan Moore, a 2005 graduate from the Early Childhood Education Program, were each presented with a plaque by Mr. Kratzer to symbolize their accomplishments. Representatives from the Mount Orab Fire Department, Nick Rymer and Ryan Waterfield, presented Mr. Kratzer with a gold ax for spearheading the effort to obtain a fire training tower in Mount Orab. Congratulation to everyone. #loveshctc
